HRTechTeam is a New York Corporation formed to specialize in delivering Human resources technology services through blended local and offshore staffing. HRTT has been formed by combining the expertise of Global Outsourcing Trust and International Information Technology Team (i2t2).

Global Outsourcing Trust, is a company founded by David J. Dell, Ph.D. and Mayur Subbarao, Esq. to pursue opportunities in HR Outsourcing. Since founding Global Outsourcing Trust, Dr. Dell, (an expert on best practices for Information Technology management and HR Business Process Outsourcing) has conducted assignments for Global 100 companies exploring ways to improve HR systems through technology and outsourcing, produced market research studies for major consulting firms and outsourcing companies, and produced published studies for The Conference Board and International Human Resources Information Management Association (IHRIM). He was named by the magazine HR Outsourcing World as a major thought leader in HR Outsourcing. Dr. Dell continues to be a sought after author and speaker on trends in HR. GOT has spent two years refining a business model for HR technology services and seeking the right partner for executing its revolutionary approach to HR staffing.

International Information Technology Team (i2t2), founded by HRTechTeam President, Balaji Ravi, i2t2 is based in Edison, NJ with facilities in Hyderabad, India. i2t2 has been conducting staffing and outsourcing assignments since 1997. While building several staffing businesses, i2t2 has long had a special focus on HR Information Systems and has placed over 100 professionals in PeopleSoft assignments in US corporations and provided support for large projects from India. i2t2 provides the technology infrastructure, and recruiting capability needed to provide a base of operations while the HRTT initiative comes to critical mass.
