Our Process
HRTechTeam  knows that every client  and every candidate  is unique.  Our job is to surface the unique aspects, translate, and find the best common ground to match talent and needs.
At HRTechTeam we have two mantras: "seek to understand" and "care about people."  All our processes are built around making sure we execute with those two ideals.
OUR PROCESS

We seek to understand
HRTechTeam starts with a thorough understanding of the skills, experience, and capabilities needed for the major HRIS platforms and ERP you want and the price range in the market. But our experience shows every HRIS organization faces unique problems: no two have the same mix of technologies, responsibility, and staffing needs. Finding the right staffing solution for you means we must seek to understand your special needs:

We seek to understand your unique HRIS team and work environment:

  • What technology skill sets will best fit in your team?
  • What leadership and communications skills are expected?
  • How will they fit into the team?
  • How will they be managed?
  • What is your culture?

We seek to understand more than the specific HRIS job descriptions:

  • What is the core set of tasks to be performed?
  • Are you looking for a person to join a team or project where you already have expertise?
  • Do you expect the person to bring new expertise to your company?
  • What technology and functional mastery is needed beyond the direct job?
  • What are your most important platforms?

We seek to understand your processes and time frames:

  • Would you intend to hire the person if they fit in?
  • Are you looking for a specific time commitment?
  • When do you need positions filled, how soon, for how long, what shifts?
  • Where can the person(s) work (your site, traveling, our location, in India...?

We stand behind our team members
You know that anyone can swamp you with resumes that look like what you want; our job is to send you the right candidates for what you need. We take the time to know and support the people we want to represent us in your company.

Thoroughly screened: We take the time and make the effort to get to know our candidates. We have a minimum three interviews before we accept a candidate. We look for reliability, technical competence, capability and talent, career orientation, and attitude.

Supported through on-boarding and beyond: Our job doesn’t stop when you take the person on. We want to help them succeed right from the start and continue to grow in value.
