| HR Technology Strategic Plan |
The HR Technology Strategic Plan provides a set of HR Technology principles and
strategic statements that determine and guide HR Technology activities. Because of
the diversity of these activities (e.g., scope, size, technology, processes, and
standardization) and continuous change occurring in all organizations, not all HR
Technology processes and procedures can be efficiently harmonized. This document
is not intended to be a detailed procedure or guideline on how to execute a certain
process, but rather a more high-level overview on what the minimum requirements
and strategic decisions are in regards to how HR Technology activities should be
conducted. |
